Man United Plan Incredible £20m Chelsea Striker Bid

Manchester United are tracking the situation of Daniel Sturridge and could be prepared to launch an incredible move for the Chelsea striker.
Click Manchester has claimed United boss Sir Alex Ferguson is a keen admirer of the 21-year-old and sees him as the future of the England attack along with Danny Welbeck.
Sturridge’s future appears increasingly likely to be away from Stamford Bridge as the Blues embark on a summer of heavy spending, particularly in the forward department.
Santos striker Neymar is the subject of a £40m tug-of-war between the club and Real Madrid while a £17m deal for Anderlecht front-man Romelu Lukaku is expected to be concluded in the next few days.

Sir Alex Ferguson’s pursuit of young talent to help freshen up his Old Trafford squad has led him to Stamford Bridge but is there any chance that Chelsea would allow any of their players to move to Man United, their main Premier League title challengers? Probably not.
Daniel Sturridge will however need to think long and hard about his Chelsea future. After a successful spell at Bolton the England Under 21 international will want to secure regular first team football but may find that hard to secure at the West London club.
Given that Didier Drogba, Nicolas Anelka and Fernando Torres ahead of him the pecking order the former Man City man then has to worry about potential new additions that could well include the likes of Neymar and Radamel Falcao, who could follow Andre Villas-Boas from Porto to Chelsea.
The 21 year old Birmingham born front man will want assurances that his return from that loan spell would involve a chance of first team football at Chelsea and may look at alternatives if those assurances are not met.
Man United boss Ferguson does of course have Javier Hernandez and Wayne Rooney as his first choice pairing but may well see Dimitar Berbatov leave the club after the Bulgarian international found himself warming the bench for chunks of the end of last season, and missed the Champions League Final squad completely. Michael Owen has signed an extension to his contract but Daniel Sturridge would be a good addition, if an unlikely one.
Having signed Phil Jones, Ashley Young and David de Gea the Premier League champions have proved they have funds to make substantial additions this summer and Ferguson will reportedly look to trim his squad to help make room for new signings and the likes of Wes Brown, John O’Shea, Darron Gibson, Gabriel Obertan, Kuszczak and Jonny Evans may be offloaded.
